Graduate Trainee, HR Partner (Kuala Lumpur)

This program is designed to empower graduates with essential skills and hands-on experience to excel in the working landscape. Our comprehensive 9-12 month initiative combines career development training with practical on-the-job training, providing essential skills and genuine workplace exposure to establish a robust groundwork for a progressive career ahead.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in reviewing and supporting the implementation of HR policies, processes and initiatives aligned with organisational and business objectives.


• Support manpower planning activities by gathering and analysing workforce data to understand current and future talent requirements.


• Assist in talent attraction, management and development initiatives to support business and organisational needs.


• Support the development and implementation of HR programmes, tools and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organisational performance.


• Provide administrative and operational support on various HR matters under the guidance of HR team members and senior stakeholders.


• Assist in employee relations activities, including supporting the documentation and coordination of employee cases, investigations and conflict resolution processes.


• Participate in HR projects, training sessions and business discussions to develop practical knowledge of HR practices and business operations.


• Assist in preparing HR reports, analysing people-related data and generating insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Industrial Relations or a related discipline.


• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; internship or project experience in HR, people management or organisational development is an added advantage.


• Good understanding of basic HR practices, including talent management, employee engagement, manpower planning and employee relations.


• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
