Graduate Trainee - Insurance & Claims Management - PMB:PLUS

Degree in Insurance, Actuarial Science or Business Administration.  Knowledge in customer relation/legal is a value added.

Claims Management/Insurance Legal Advisory

1. Received incoming document from claimant & section office (via normal mail, e-mail, by hand) and acknowledge receipt on each of the document.


2. Acknowledge (send email) to the claimant if the document received via email.


3. Request/follow up for the incomplete/outstanding document from claimant/Section.


4. To review, analyses and monitor complex report analysis, claim documentation examinations and provide a recommendation on claim eligibility/liability.


5. Asses and obtain clarification on the inconsistency of the information/document and to further clarify for the additional requirement with internal/external to support the claim.


6. Assists in performing claim assessment process by reviewing the overall fact of the case and the available claim documentation to determine whether the case is payable or not.


7. Respond and monitor queries from the claimant and to assist Unit Head in user claim processing and reporting with analysis and trend of the claim.


8. Consistently update the claim information in the claim system. Liaise with Insurer/Loss Adjuster for cases that with their involvement and monitor their feedback on the claim outcome and to follow-up as necessary.


9. Assist to handle and monitor court cases user claim with the respective PIC in Insurance Legal Advisory Unit.
