Responsibilities:

The intern will support the Channel Planning & Strategy team in various initiatives, which may include:

• Market Research & Analysis:

• Assisting in gathering and analyzing market data, demographic trends, and competitor activities to identify potential branch locations or optimization opportunities.

• Supporting research into emerging branch concepts and customer preferences.

• Data Compilation & Presentation:

• Compiling data for internal reports and presentations related to branch performance and network efficiency.

• Assisting in the preparation of visuals and summaries for committee updates.

• Project Support:

• Providing administrative and coordination support for ongoing branch transformation projects (e.g., branch opening and branch closure).

• Assisting with documentation and tracking of project milestones.

• Strategic Planning Assistance:

• Contributing to brainstorming sessions for new branch formats (e.g., C1, C4 concepts) and service delivery models.

• Supporting the team in developing strategic recommendations.

Experience and Skills

• Undergraduates who major in Data Science, Business, or Statistics are welcomed to apply.

• Exposure to Python for statistical analysis or data automation will be an added advantage.
