Job Description
- Support marketing administrative tasks (updating marketing materials, scheduling blog posts, maintaining trackers, updating content calendars, etc.)
- Support content creation efforts (basic copywriting, assisting in video shoots, coordinating with graphic designer for design briefs, etc.)
- Support quality checks to ensure marketing materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines before review
- Assist with competitor research on marketing best practices
- Support in procurement of marketing materials & distribution
- Assist in coordination for cross-border campaigns & initiatives with regional teams and stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business,
- Communications, or a related field
- Comfortable with Google Slides, Sheets, Docs (Canva is a plus)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Able to manage multiple small tasks and follow up independently
- Comfortable asking questions, clarifying priorities, and taking initiative within guidance
- Interest in content creation, e-commerce, logistics, or startups is a plus
