Marketing, Intern - Local Store Marketing (November Intake)

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with administration tasks such as e-filing, documentation, and others.

2. Assist in ensuring documents and forms is replenished.

3. To undertake other assigned tasks and duties whenever required

4. Manage and arrange inventory order requirement from multiple stores.

5. Received and sorting of mails / parcels

6. Regular check and respond to incoming mails

7. Provide support for a range of office functions including printing, copying and others.

8. Prepare weekly ppt slides regarding EDM Review.

9. Assist in blasting EDM to customers. 

10. Arranging Local Store Marketing (LSM) for all kinds of Watson’s stores (Grand Store Opening, New Store Opening, Refit Store, Competitor Opening, Underperformance Store).

12. Reporting current LSM update to manager for LSM Bi-Weekly update meeting.

13. Observing and updating Gift With Purchase (GWP) items inventory.

14. Assisting other team members with their task regarding concourse event or other relatable event (e.g. getting approval from mall managements regarding Watson’s DJ Rabbit Meet & Greet event at selected Watson’s stores).

15. Getting signature for PO (purpose order)

16. Generate Concourse sales by using SAP
