Quality Internship

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Quality Intern to support Quality digitalization, Power BI dashboards, data analysis, supplier quality, FAI, and process improvement activities. The role will work with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency and quality performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance digital Quality platforms to improve process efficiency and information accessibility.

• Create, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards for quality performance monitoring.

• Collect, validate, analyze, and report quality data to support data-driven decision-making.

• Assist with First Article Inspection documentation review and coordination, where required.

• Support quality improvement projects, including defect reduction and inspection process improvement.

• Assist in monitoring supplier quality performance and preparing monthly reports.

• Assist with data collection, basic quality analysis, and preparation of summary reports.

• Perform other quality-related duties assigned by the Quality Engineer 

Requirements & Skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel and Power BI.
• Basic understanding of data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and willing to learn digital Quality tools.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of SQL, database management, or process automation is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, Quality Management Systems, supplier quality, or First Article Inspection is preferred.

• Previous experience with Power BI, quality improvement projects, or data reporting is an advantage.
