Join Maxis as a Servicing & CRM Intern and gain hands-on experience in customer relationship management systems, digital servicing enhancements, and AI-driven innovation projects. In this role, you will support the team in improving CRM functionalities, enhancing user experience, and contributing to digital transformation initiatives through technical development and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Documentation:
Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements while identifying opportunities for process and system improvements.
Feature Enhancement & Development:
Support the implementation of new CRM features and system enhancements to improve servicing efficiency and user experience.
Bug Investigation & Resolution:
Assist in troubleshooting, investigating, and resolving system bugs, defects, and technical issues to ensure smooth platform performance.
Technology Research & Innovation:
Research emerging technologies, tools, and digital solutions, including AI-related capabilities, to support ongoing innovation initiatives.
AI Feature Support & Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI-related projects, including supporting the design and development of AI-powered features and capabilities.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications
Education:
Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related disciplines.
Programming & Technical Skills:
Proficiency in JavaScript (mandatory), including client-side and service-side scripting.
Web Technologies:
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, AngularJS, REST and SOAP APIs, as well as JSON and XML data handling.
Cloud & AI Exposure:
Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is an advantage.
AI & Emerging Technologies Interest:
Interest or exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP), Agentic AI, Generative AI/LLMs, and prompt engineering concepts is highly desirable.
Problem-Solving & Collaboration:
Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
