All-round Cleaner

Job Type: Full-time (with the possibility of permanent employment)

What You'll Do

Perform general cleaning of residential properties (approximately 80% of your work)

Clean shared areas including kitchens, living rooms, bathrooms, and toilets

Carry out basic garden maintenance, such as removing weeds

Complete minor maintenance tasks (e.g. replacing light bulbs)

Conduct SNF property inspections

Hand over keys to new residents

Inspect properties and report maintenance issues to your supervisor

Speak with residents about cleanliness and hygiene where necessary

Keep accurate inspection and cleaning reports

Maintain your company vehicle in a clean and tidy condition

Manage your cleaning equipment and supplies

What We're Looking For

Honest, reliable, and trustworthy

Proactive with a hands-on attitude

Strong eye for cleanliness, hygiene, and detail

Able to work independently and efficiently

Good communication skills

English language level B1 or higher

Valid Category B driving licence

At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience
