As a Talent Partner within our Business Recruitment team, you’ll play a key role in hiring the people who drive our strategy forward. Your scope will be broad and impactful, ranging from Finance and People roles to Category Managers and creatives within our Consumer team. This is not your average recruitment role. It’s dynamic, hands-on, and comes with serious ownership and impact.

Your superpowers

  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Business, HR, or a related field.

  
  


• 
  

  3 - 4 years of Recruitment experience in a dynamic environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Fluency in English. Dutch, German or French? Big plus!

  A hands-on, get-it-done mentality: if something needs fixing, you’re on it.

  Strong communication and relationship-building skills: you’ll need to challenge, push back, and influence hiring decisions.
