Job Title: Channel Solution Manager – EV Charging (m/f/d)
Job Location: The Hague, Netherlands
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and technically proficient Channel Solution Manager to join our team in The Hague. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between our cutting-edge EV charging solutions and our channel partners.
You will define technical standards, architect tailored solutions, and empower our partners to deliver superior value to the market, contributing to the transition towards sustainable mobility.
Main Responsibilities:
Business Development: Collaborate with partners to expand market opportunities, document successful case studies, and replicate best practices to drive growth in the EV charging sector.
Solution Architecture: Design, implement, and optimize robust EV charging architectures and technical frameworks for channel-specific projects and initiatives.
Vendor & Partner Management: Act as the primary technical contact for vendors and partners, resolving complex issues, evaluating software capabilities, and optimizing system integrations to enhance service delivery.
Best Practices & Methodology: Utilize industry-standard methodologies to develop and maintain high-performance architectures, applications, and technical programs that meet business objectives.
Documentation & Standards: Produce comprehensive technical documentation, including blueprints, project plans, and implementation guidelines, adhering to standardized tools and best practices.
Operational Excellence: Address day-to-day delivery challenges and recommend IT architecture optimizations to improve system effectiveness, efficiency, and overall partner performance.
Partner Enablement: Conduct technical training sessions and workshops to enhance channel partners’ knowledge, capabilities, and expertise in solution-selling and product implementation.
Requirements:
Business Development Expertise: Proven experience in collaborating with partners to develop and grow commercial and industrial (C&I) markets or other discrete markets. A strong background in project development and operational management is highly desirable.
Industry Expertise: A strong understanding of the EV Charging (EVSE) or Renewable Energy sectors, with proven experience working within these technical ecosystems.
Channel Partner Experience: Experience in channel partner management, technical pre-sales, or solution consulting, preferably within the B2B or technical services space.
Communication & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to translate complex customer requirements into clear, value-driven solutions, supported by advanced presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (business level) is essential. Proficiency in Dutch or other European languages is a plus.
