Digital Marketing Specialist

The Orange Studio is a marketing and PR agency for iconic boutique and lifestyle brands. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join us. If you're passionate about building high-performing paid campaigns for clients in the lifestyle and luxury space, this is your stage.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As part of our Marketing team, you'll plan, manage, and optimise digital campaigns for a portfolio of premium and boutique lifestyle brands. You'll combine platform strategy with hands-on execution, owning your campaigns end to end and looking beyond them to the client's wider business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns across channels, translating client objectives into results that are measurable.


• Analyse performance using Google Analytics and platform insights, turning data into clear, actionable recommendations.


• Manage campaign budgets and pacing, and advise clients on how to allocate spend for the strongest performance.


• Take a holistic view of digital marketing, connecting paid activity with SEO and AI Visibility, and the broader picture. 


• Collaborate with Client Managers and our Creative, PR, and Tech teams to align campaign activity with broader client goals.


• Put AI to work across the operational side of campaigns, execution and analysis, giving you room for the strategic thinking that moves campaigns and clients forward.


• Present campaign results and recommendations clearly to clients. Support monthly and quarterly reporting with tailored insights and recommendations.


• Keep up to date with new platform features, formats, and testing opportunities to help future-proof campaign performance.
  
  

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record in Google Ads, Google Analytics and conversion tracking.


• Experience working with premium brands and/or the hospitality industry is a strong plus.


• Someone who combines platform strategy with hands-on campaign management, comfortable owning both.


• Already actively experimenting with AI in campaign management and optimisation, with a real point of view on where it helps and where it doesn't.


• Experience and knowledge in SEO and AI Visibility, reflecting a holistic view of digital marketing.


• Strong analytical skills, able to interpret performance data and translate it into client-ready insights.


• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns without losing sight of the details.


• A proactive, always-learning mindset: you spot opportunities, test ideas, and look for smarter ways to work.
  
  

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in English and preferably Dutch.


• EU Nationality or a valid work permit for The Netherlands.


• Reside within a commutable distance of Amsterdam.

WHAT WE OFFER

• An opportunity for 32-40 hours per week


• A salary range (based on 40 hrs/pw) of 3.200 euro - 4.500 euro, based on relevant experience (Medior/Senior) and fit.
