About the Job

We are seeking an experienced, native Dutch speaker, results-driven Account Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a PR, marketing, or communications background, along with a strong attention to detail and a proven track record of successfully managing and supporting client accounts. This role involves assisting with client strategy development, media relations, content creation, and event planning.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and implementation of client communication plans


• Manage client relationships, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates


• Conduct research and gather information to support client campaigns


• Draft press releases, media advisories, and other communications materials


• Coordinate media outreach and manage media lists


• Monitor media coverage and track campaign results


• Assist with event planning and execution


• Provide administrative support to the Account Executive, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining files

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in PR, marketing, communications, or a related field


• 1-2 years of experience in an account management role


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Strong organizational and time management skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Native English speaker with excellent grammar and spelling skills
