Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:

• Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat

• Assist customers with product inquiries, technical questions, and account-related issues

• Troubleshoot basic technical problems and provide effective solutions

• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases

• Meet performance and quality targets

Requirements

• Minimum C1 level Dutch (written & spoken)

• Minimum B2 level English

• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon

• EU citizenship or valid Portugal Residence Card

• Previous customer support experience is a strong plus (not mandatory)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
