As a Sales Support Specialist within the Neways Circular Service Center, you play a key role in extending the lifespan of high-end electronic systems. From within our sustainable service organization, you support customers worldwide with repair, refurbishment, and lifecycle solutions.
You are the commercial link between our customers and the internal organization. With your attention to detail, customer-focused approach, and strong numerical insight, you ensure that quotations are processed accurately, on time, and profitably. In doing so, you contribute directly to the growth of our service activities and Neways’ circular economy ambitions.

A completed Bachelor's degree (HBO) in Commercial Economics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Technical Business Administration;
Alternatively, an MBO diploma combined with at least 3 years of relevant work experience;
Experience in a similar role is an advantage, but recent graduates are also encouraged to apply;
Strong interpersonal skills;
A structured and organized way of working;
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
In the day-to-day operation, you will be responsible for preparing, processing, and following up on quotations for a variety of service and repair projects. You will maintain active contact with customers regarding requests, quotations, and financial settlements, serving as the primary point of contact for these topics.
Internally, you will work closely with Enterprise Planners, Sales Engineers, and colleagues within the Circular Service Center to ensure that customer requests are handled efficiently and successfully.
In addition, you will maintain oversight of all outstanding quotations and analyze the commercial performance of service projects. You identify opportunities to improve margins, optimize processes, and further enhance customer satisfaction, making an important contribution to the continued growth and professionalization of our service organization.
· Preparing, developing, and following up on quotations for service, repair, and lifecycle-related projects;
· Maintaining customer contact regarding quotations, pricing requests, payments, and order statuses;
· Managing and monitoring quotation overviews and the commercial progress of ongoing service projects;
· Analyzing project margins and identifying commercial opportunities and risks;
· Supporting Sales Engineers and Enterprise Planners with commercial and operational matters;
· Coordinating information between customers and internal departments to ensure optimal service delivery;
· Processing and maintaining commercial data in the relevant systems;
· Contributing actively to process improvements within the Circular Service Center;
· Preparing reports and monitoring relevant KPIs related to quotations, revenue, and margins;
· Supporting the customer team in achieving commercial objectives and customer satisfaction.
