Job Description - GenAI Backend Developer (ID: 3752)

As a GenAI Backend Developer, you will:

Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and APIs for AI -driven and conversational platforms
Build scalable microservices using Java, Kotlin, and Spring Boot
Develop and integrate AI -powered solutions using GenAI, ChatGPT, Agentic AI, RAG, and MCP concepts
Contribute to the development of chatbot and conversational AI solutions
Collaborate with cross -functional teams to design innovative customer -facing digital experiences
Work on cloud -native application development using Azure Cloud technologies
Translate business and technical requirements into scalable backend solutions
Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and solution implementation
Ensure high -quality, secure, and maintainable code through best development practices
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute innovative ideas to AI -driven product development

What You Bring to the Table:

4–6 years of experience in backend development using Java and Kotlin
Strong hands -on experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture
Experience working with AI and GenAI technologies including ChatGPT, Agentic AI, RAG, and MCP
Experience developing conversational AI platforms or chatbot solutions
Good understanding of REST APIs and backend integration patterns
Hands -on experience with Azure Cloud services
Strong problem -solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Innovative mindset with a strong eagerness to learn and explore emerging technologies
Ability to work effectively in Agile and fast -paced development environments

You Should Possess the Ability to:

Build scalable and high -performing backend systems for AI -driven applications
Translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions
Drive innovation and contribute creative ideas to conversational AI initiatives
Work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed teams
Deliver high -quality solutions with strong ownership and accountability
Adapt quickly to evolving technologies and project requirements
