Quality Manager Regional Tolling - Your future position?

As a Quality Manager Regional Tolling in our Naarden site (with weekly regional mobility to our partner warehouse in Lommel) you will ensure consistent product quality and compliance across toller operations through active engagement in daily processes and decision-making. You will provide hands-on oversight of laboratories, audits, and production activities to secure food safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. By driving swift and sound quality decisions, you will safeguards customer satisfaction and supply reliability. 

Main responsibilities:

• Make quality decisions in cases of nonconformity


• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction and business continuity from a quality perspective


• Manage and resolve supplier issues and complaints to ensure supply reliability and adherence to quality standards. Maintain relationship with tollers to discuss quality aspects, food safety standards, operational procedures, and compliance requirements


• Take lead on toller qualification


• Collaborate with and oversee external laboratories, including pricing, contract frameworks, and service agreements


• Organize and coordinate quality audits of tollers


• Lead and develop quality processes


• Oversee internal and external quality control laboratory operations to drive efficiency


• Manage process technology decisions; train and supervise toller site technology

Your professional profile includes

• BSc/MSc in Food, Quality, Microbiology disciplines or equivalent experience


• 5+ years of experience in quality management preferably in food/chemical industry standards 


• Strong oral and written proficiency in the English language. Dutch would be beneficial


• Experience in complex/matrix organizations 


• Experience in working with diverse cultures 


• Customer focus and management 


• Decision quality


• Drives results under high-stress situations


• Balances stakeholders needs 


• Quality operations of food/chemical plants 


• Experience in site auditing 


• User knowledge of MS Office tools
