Growth Marketer

We're looking for a Growth Marketer to own the full marketing execution at Enjins. You'll build and run our content engine, manage campaigns, drive qualified leads to sales, and do all of it using AI tooling as a core part of your workflow. There is no marketing manager above you. You'll work directly with the CEO, the commercial team, and our in-house AI Automation team. You define the calendar, you ship the content, you track what works.

Your profile

• You are proactive, hands-on, and highly organized, with a strong drive to get things done.
• 2 - 6 years of hands-on B2B marketing experience, ideally at a scale-up or tech consultancy.
• You've owned a content calendar, run paid campaigns, and measured results (not just assisted).
• Comfortable working in: Attio, Claude (or similar LLMs), Lemlist, WordPress/Elementor, Apollo, Luma, Notion, LinkedIn Ads, Google Suite, Figma, Canva.
• You use AI tools in your daily marketing workflow and you're curious to go further.
• Strong written English. You write clearly, concisely, and in a tone that fits the audience.
• Analytical enough to read a funnel, spot what's off, and act on it.
• You thrive with autonomy. You don't need to be managed, you need good context and full understanding of our target persona's.

What you'll work on

• Drive content marketing across our three primary audiences: innovative companies in Climate Tech, and PE/VC investors and talent.
• Build and manage the content calendar, briefed by input from MT and sales, executed by you.
• Run ad campaigns on LinkedIn and Google, and evaluate performance across both.
• Manage and act on our ICP list in close coordination with the sales team.
• Analyze marketing funnel performance, events, post reach, lead conversion, using Google Analytics and platform analytics.
• Hand off marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to the sales team and track their progression to SQLs.
• Maintain and update the Enjins website; build and launch new landing pages as needed.
• Produce content that is visually compelling, using AI tools, Figma, or Canva. You don't need to be a designer, but you need to care about quality.
• Coordinate with external partners for video and podcast content.
• Plan and execute events (setup, promotion, follow-up) via Luma.
• Work closely with our AI Automation Team to build smarter, faster marketing workflows.

What we don't expect from you

• Being a world-class designer, good enough with AI tools and taste is fine.
• Determining what Enjins should talk about at the technical level, that comes from the MT, sales and engineering teams.
• Defining customer pain points from scratch → we've worked with 100+ customers and know the pain points.
• Running or joining sales conversations.
• Working directly for Enjins clients, this is a role about our own Growth and branding, not about working for our customers.

• A story worth telling: implementing AI in the world of Climate Tech, for real companies with real impact.

• You'll be at the core of AI scaling stories. Through our relationships with 100+ climate-tech companies, you'll see what works at different growth stages and bring those insights into our own positioning.
• You'll master a modern AI-native marketing stack (Attio, Claude, n8n, Lemlist) that's built to evolve. Every quarter brings new workflows, new integrations, new ways to ship faster.
• No marketing manager above you. A lot of freedom, and a lot of responsibility.

• Salary: €3.800 to €5.000 - heavily depending on fit and seniority.
