What are your responsibilities?

For our Guest Experience Agent position we are looking for a person who enjoys working with people and who has excellent “hospitality skills”.  Your main tasks will be handling the check in- and out of our guests, handling guest complaints and compliments, cash handling & handling other requests from our guests. Also you will handle VIP arrivals, special requests and treatments for guests.

You have great organizational-, communication- and leadership skills. You have a good overview and are proactive in your daily routine. • Have or pursuing a degree in hospitality and you have experience in the Front Office of an international hotel chain


• Have experience in customer service


• Can communicate preferable fluently in Dutch and English, another language is of course a plus


• Are willing to work morning, evening (AM/PM), and weekend shifts


• Are pro-active and reliable


• Are most of all, creative!
