Our restaurant PRESSROOM is the living room of the hotel, welcoming both hotel guests and locals. Here, our INKredible kitchen team serves delicious dishes while our bartenders create cocktails with their own personal twist.

The Script

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you play a key role in ensuring every guest arrives in a spotless and welcoming room. You are responsible for carrying out quality checks and giving constructive feedback to your team members to maintain the highest standards throughout the hotel.

At the beginning of each shift, you assign rooms and public areas to the housekeeping team and help organize the daily operation. With your eye for detail and strong sense of hospitality, you know exactly what it takes to make guests feel at home.

In addition, you support with scheduling, training, and guiding employees in their daily tasks. As the right hand of the Housekeeping Manager, you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and support the team wherever needed. Together, you ensure that cleanliness, quality, and teamwork remain at the heart of everything we do.

Does your story match ours? For the position of Housekeeping Supervisor, we are looking for someone who:

• Is able to work independently, has a strong eye for detail, and knows how to multitask effectively;

• Has at least 1 year of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a midscale or luxury hotel;

• Can communicate in English and/or Dutch (an additional language is a plus);

• Has a hands-on mentality;

• Knows how to motivate and manage a diverse team;

• Is available on both weekdays and weekends;

• Has strong organizational skills.
