HR Manager (12 month fixed term contract)

Are you a confident HR Manager who thrives in a hands-on, site-based role and enjoys partnering with leaders to make a real business impact?

As HR Manager, you’ll be a trusted advisor to your site, translating global HR strategy into meaningful, locally relevant action. You’ll balance influence with operational delivery, helping to shape culture, strengthen leadership capability, while ensuring people practices support both business performance and employee engagement.

You’ll work closely with site leadership to support business objectives through effective people and organisational practices. Operating within a global HR framework, you’ll ensure HR policies, processes, and initiatives are implemented consistently while remaining fully compliant with Dutch employment legislation.

You’ll play a key role in driving organisational effectiveness, supporting change, and building strong, accountable leadership at every level.

About You:

You’re an experienced HR Manager who has worked in a complex or matrixed organisation. You have strong knowledge of Dutch employment law and employee relations best practice. You have a proven ability to influence, coach, and partner with senior leaders.

You’re collaborative, you work in partnership with your site and your global colleagues. You have a strong presence, and can influence and negotiate in a positive way.

You understand how HR shared services operate, and can partner with Talent Acquisition, Reward, and HR Operations to meet site needs.

You’re fluent in Dutch and English.

This is a 12 month fixed-term contract, working at our site in Horst, Limburg.
