Job Description - Lead ServiceNow AI Solutions Architect (ID:3876)

As a Lead ServiceNow AI Solutions Architect, you will:

Lead the end -to -end technical delivery of enterprise ServiceNow solutions within Agile delivery teams.
Design scalable, secure, and upgrade -safe ServiceNow architectures across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and CMDB modules.
Architect and implement Agentic AI solutions using Model Context Protocol (MCP) and AI -driven automation capabilities.
Design and develop enterprise integrations using REST APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow spokes.
Develop and optimize server -side solutions using Glide Script, Script Includes, Business Rules, and ServiceNow scripting best practices.
Design and implement automated workflows using Flow Designer and ensure solution quality through Automated Test Framework (ATF).
Conduct technical discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders to define solution architecture and implementation strategy.
Perform architecture reviews, code reviews, and establish technical standards to ensure high -quality delivery.
Mentor and guide technical consultants by providing technical leadership and best practices.
Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical challenges and delivery blockers.
Collaborate with cross -functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high -performing ServiceNow solutions.
Drive continuous platform optimization, governance, and adoption of ServiceNow best practices.

What You Bring to the Table:

10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, architecture, and enterprise platform implementation.
Extensive expertise across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and CMDB modules.
Strong experience designing and implementing Agentic AI solutions and Model Context Protocol (MCP) architectures.
Hands -on expertise with REST APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow spokes.
Advanced proficiency in Glide Script, Script Includes, Business Rules, and server -side scripting.
Experience designing workflows using Flow Designer and implementing automated testing with ATF.
Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, platform governance, and scalable solution architecture.
Proven experience leading technical discovery sessions, architecture reviews, and enterprise solution design.
Strong mentoring, coaching, and technical leadership experience.
Excellent analytical, problem -solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Certifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Three or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (Preferred).

Lead enterprise -scale ServiceNow solution architecture and technical delivery.
Design secure, scalable, and upgrade -safe ServiceNow implementations.
Build AI -enabled automation solutions using Agentic AI and MCP.
Architect and optimize enterprise integrations using REST APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
Mentor development teams through technical guidance, peer reviews, and architectural best practices.
Resolve complex technical challenges while ensuring delivery quality and platform stability.
Communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
Drive continuous improvement through governance, innovation, and platform optimization.
