About the role
As a Learning & Development Specialist, you’ll shape the way learning happens inside GoodHabitz. You’ll design impactful development experiences, drive our internal learning strategy, and help our people build the skills they need to thrive today and in the future. From leadership development to AI capabilities, you’ll work closely with managers, HR, and teams across the business to turn learning needs into engaging, scalable solutions. You’ll also help us become our own best customer by driving adoption and activation of the GoodHabitz platform internally. This is a role for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution—and who gets energized by creating a culture where continuous learning is part of everyday work.
What you will do
Drive the Learning & Development agenda across GoodHabitz
Develop and implement learning strategies aligned with business goals and growth priorities
Design and facilitate engaging training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives
Identify organizational learning needs and translate them into scalable development solutions
Partner with business leaders and HR teams to address skill gaps and capability building
Manage and optimize digital learning platforms and tools, including the GoodHabitz platform
Track learning effectiveness and analyse performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
Support leadership development and talent growth initiatives across the organization
Stay up to date with global L&D trends and best practices to keep our learning culture future-focused
Encourage a culture of continuous learning, curiosity, and professional growth
7–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, ideally within an international or global organization
Experience working with digital learning platforms and modern learning technologies
Experience with GoodHabitz products is a strong plus
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate learning data into actionable insights
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of global L&D best practices and emerging learning trends
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and functions
