What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Marketing & Communications Executive, you'll play a key role in delivering marketing initiatives across content, communications, website management, SEO, and brand campaigns.

Working closely with the Marketing Lead and stakeholders across the business, you'll help ensure our marketing efforts remain consistent, impactful, and aligned with company goals.

One day you could be writing a customer case study, optimizing website content for search visibility, or coordinating an award submission. The next, you might be planning a content campaign, analyzing website performance, or supporting a PR opportunity.

You'll own a variety of projects from start to finish, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining high quality and attention to detail. The role offers plenty of variety and ownership, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

You'll work across content creation, campaign management, website updates, SEO initiatives, PR support, marketing reporting, and internal communications—helping strengthen the Beyond Sports brand across every touchpoint.

Your Background

You don't need to tick every box, but we're generally looking for:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

  • 3–5 years of experience in a broad marketing or communications role

  • Excellent written and verbal English skills

  • Proven experience creating content for websites, blogs, campaigns, case studies, and marketing materials

  • Experience coordinating and delivering marketing campaigns

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously

  • Familiarity with website content management and digital marketing best practices

  • Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page optimization

  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting on marketing performance

  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of deliverables

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

  • Experience supporting PR activities and media outreach

  • Experience managing award submissions

  • Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design tools

  • Experience working in technology, sports, gaming, or software environments

  • Interest in sports technology and emerging digital trends
