Nanny

Países Bajos Jobs is looking for an experienced and caring Nanny for a long-term position with a family in the Amsterdam area.

The family has four young children aged 5, 4, 2, and a newborn. We are looking for someone responsible, patient and comfortable caring for young children.

Location: Amsterdam area, Netherlands

Salary: €17.99 gross per hour including benefits
Accommodation: Single room in a studio
Rent: €300 per month

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Nanny, you will be responsible for providing a safe, caring and structured environment for the children.

Your duties will include:

• Caring for four young children aged 5, 4, 2, and a newborn
• Supervising the children throughout the day
• Assisting with their daily routines
• Preparing simple meals and snacks when required
• Helping with activities appropriate to their ages
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for the children
• Supporting the family with childcare-related tasks
• Following the family's routines and instructions

WORKING HOURS

The schedule is based on a rotating roster and may vary depending on the family's needs.

The two oldest children attend school Monday to Wednesday from 08:30 to 14:00.

There is already a fixed nanny present during the daytime on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Typical shifts may include:

• 08:00 – 16:00/17:00
• 14:00 – 20:00
• Occasional Thursday evening shifts

Flexibility regarding working hours is important.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience working with babies and young children
• Comfortable caring for a newborn
• Good level of English
• Responsible, patient and trustworthy
• Flexible regarding working hours
• Able to work independently
• EU citizenship or valid right to work in the Netherlands
• Driving licence is strongly preferred due to the location

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation is provided in a single room in a studio.

Rent: €300 per person per month.

The accommodation is approximately 15 minutes by car from the workplace.

A car can be rented for transportation.

Car expenses are approximately €50–€75 per week depending on the arrangement and single use.
