As the Head Coach, you will be the driving force behind the success of our new store. Your Responsibilities as Store Manager
People Leadership -Development & Team Building
Recruit, elevate, and develop top talent to build a winning team and deliver a best-in-class service and selling culture.
Continuously strengthen employee knowledge through product training, action plans, and effective task delegation using DORs.
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and recognition, using both rewards and performance management to drive engagement and results.
Build strong succession plans by holding monthly 1:1s with the leadership team and creating personalized development plans to support their growth.
Leadership & Communication
Demonstrate exceptional communication and customer service skills, clearly sharing successes, opportunities, and solutions to strengthen team engagement.
Actively participate in conference calls and team meetings, contributing insights and leadership input.
Uphold the highest standards of integrity and ensure the team follows company policies, procedures, and best practices.
Store Operations
Oversee all daily store operations and ensure the store runs smoothly in every area.
Identify operational efficiencies and implement best practices to optimize performance.
Create effective schedules aligned with payroll, traffic trends, and team capabilities to maximize results.
Lead the team in achieving key business metrics including Sales, Conversion, UPT, ADT, Payroll, Secret Shop, Turnover, and Staffing.
Ensure full compliance with Loss Prevention, Health & Safety standards, and hold the team accountable for execution.
Partner with the Business Planner to set specific, measurable, and actionable goals based on company KPIs.
Planning & Merchandising
Oversee the Visual Merchandising team and ensure all visual directives are executed flawlessly and maintained consistently.
Lead the planning and execution of merchandise launches to drive impact and consumer engagement.
Provide proactive, qualitative feedback to the District VM Manager on product and visual opportunities.
Ensure efficient product flow from Back of House to the sales floor to support replenishment and selling needs.
Your Qualifications
Minimum of3 years of retail leadership experience, with strong knowledge of operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, sales, and people leadership.
Proven ability to deliver premium-level customer service in a brand-focused retail environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
Highly self-motivated with strong coaching, mentoring, and team-building skills.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as business needs require.
If you do not hold the nationality of an EU member state, you must be in possession of a valid work permit.
