Operations Teamlead - UPS Healthcare (Venlo)

What you'll do:

• Organize and optimize the daily logistics operation managing inbound, outbound and customer service activities;
• Ensure that processes are understood and followed and that orders are processed accurately;
• Take responsibility to achieve the agreed performance, of course, following compliance and safety regulations;
• You are constantly looking for ways to improve various activities and processes, high quality in your work is essential to you;
• In addition, you supervise the warehouse employees. You conduct performance appraisals, actively work on the development of your people, know what to do in case of illness, and recruit new team members.

What you'll need:

• A degree in logistics or supply chain management;
• At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience;
• Willingness to work in shifts (06:00-15:00 / 15:00-00:00);
• Real people management skills: bringing out the best in people gives you energy;
• A quality-driven and accurate work attitude;
• Good communication skills and a stress-resistant character.
