Outbound Planner

Join us as our new Outbound Planner!We are seeking a talented and experienced Outbound Planner to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our supply chain operations, you will be responsible for managing the outbound flow and plan for our products to be delivered to our clients all over the world. This role offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in supply chain management while contributing to the success of our organization.

• Transportation Coordination & Planning: Coordinate outbound transportation activities, including scheduling shipments, selecting carriers, and optimizing routes to minimize costs and lead times.
• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that outbound materia Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with outbound supply chain operations, such as supplier disruptions, transportation delays, and quality issues.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and increase overall supply chain performance. 
• Documentation and Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and documentation requirements for outbound shipments, including customs clearance and import/export regulations.
• Stock Management: you have a clear focus and overview of what we have in stock and are able to prioritize.

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of outbound supply chain processes and best practices.
• Experience with shipping (food/feed) products internationally
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Proficiency in data analysis and supply chain management software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
• Familiarity with lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
