The Team
In this role, you will support two leads within Compliance, the Global Head of FCC and the Global Head Risk Culture & Behavioral Risk, who are part of the global CCO MT. You will work closely with three other Personal Assistants and together form a close-knit and collaborative team.
Roles and responsibilities
As a Personal Assistant, you ensure that everything runs smoothly and that the Leads are optimally prepared for their daily activities.
Managing complex calendars and scheduling appointments
Organising meetings and internal/external events
Supporting administrative processes such as onboarding, changes and expense claims
Drafting correspondence and maintaining communication channels
Assisting with special projects from preparation to execution
Managing confidential documents and databases
Coordinating office services and liaising with internal departments
Managing relationships with stakeholders and colleagues, representing ING in a professional manner
Providing ad hoc support for unexpected tasks
You are a well-organised professional with a strong attention to detail
You have excellent organisational skills
You communicate effectively and handle confidential information with discretion
You are proactive, flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
You are creative and solution-oriented
You are a team player and have effective and professional collaboration skills

We are looking for the following knowledge and experience:
Based in the Netherlands and fluent in Dutch and English
At least 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
Experience with complex calendar management, travel planning and administrative tasks
Experience in project management and event organisation
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with ING systems such as Workday, iBuy and eProfit
