Location: Diemen (Amsterdam East) | Full‑time


 


About the role


 


For our Diemen site, OllecoBunge is seeking a Planner / Customer Service Coordinator with a strong operational profile. This vacancy is critical to stabilising and further professionalising site operations.


You will be responsible for planning, customer coordination and supply‑chain alignment within our logistics operation focused on the collection and processing of Used Cooking Oil (UCO). The role sits at the heart of an expanding company and requires ownership, operational control and continuous improvement.



 


Key responsibilities



  • Ensure all duties are performed in a safe manner, reporting incidents, hazards and near misses

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive planning schedules aligned with customer demand and operational capacity

  • Manage in‑ and outbound customer communication and relationship management

  • Ensure accurate and timely order processing and administrative follow‑up

  • Coordinate closely with operations, logistics and sales to ensure efficient product flows

  • Support and coordinate drivers and on‑site operations

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, anticipating demand and preventing shortages or excess stock

  • Identify constraints and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and resource utilisation

  • Support hands‑on inbound and outbound activities when required

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality and company policies

  • Manage operational risks and adapt plans to minimise disruption and maintain service levels


 


The role focuses on operational control, planning discipline and performance improvement.



 


What does a typical workday look like?


Your day starts at 08:00 AM by reviewing the planning, risks and priorities. Mornings are dynamic, with departures, customer interactions and changes requiring immediate attention. Throughout the day, you monitor execution, adjust plans and ensure accurate system registration. In the afternoon, the focus shifts to closing operational activities, reviewing inventories and preparing the next day’s schedule.



 


Who are we looking for?


You are an experienced operational coordinator who takes ownership.


 


You:



  • Have experience in logistics, supply‑chain planning or operational coordination

  • Work in a structured way and set clear priorities

  • Communicate effectively with customers, drivers and internal teams

  • Are digitally proficient and comfortable with ERP and planning tools

  • Operate independently in a fast‑changing environment

  • Are authorized to work in the Netherlands
    (Based on the salary level, this role does not meet the Dutch government requirements for the Highly Skilled Migrant scheme).

  • Are based in, or relocating to, the Diemen / Amsterdam East region


 


Language skills



  • English: required, Dutch is a great benefit
