Responsibilities:

As a Project Coordinator, you will oversee the data technical components of research projects. Collaborating closely with the Research Manager, who handles client interactions and project design, you will manage the technical processes to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting national and international clients in enhancing their market share and revenue through insightful analysis of consumer needs and behavior.
  
• Coordinating and managing the data technical processes of research projects, including communication with vendors.
  
• Programming and testing online questionnaires while ensuring the quality of vendor outputs.
  
• Editing and processing complex data files using Excel and SPSS.
  
• Setting up and maintaining user -friendly and impactful online dashboards, utilizing software such as Dapresy.
  
• Advising research managers on software upgrades and providing effective solutions from a data technical perspective.
  

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Proficiency in questionnaire software, online reporting software, SPSS, and Excel.
  
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain an overview while adhering to schedules.
  
• A proactive approach to obtaining and processing data in innovative ways.
  
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly in writing and verbally.
  
• Ability to quickly grasp new cases and work independently.
  
• Initiative to take action when necessary.
