Position: Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Mujin, you'll oversee innovative robotic solutions across commercial, internal, and R&D projects, ensuring they remain on scope, schedule, and budget. Your responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing robotic arm deployments, assessing project variances, and implementing efficiency improvements. You'll identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and collaborate with experts for opportunity assessments and cost savings. This role focuses on projects in Europe, offering opportunities for collaboration with colleagues in Japan and professional growth.

• Assist in managing project execution for commercial, internal, and R&D projects.
• Monitor project plans, assess variances, gather metrics, and recommend adjustments to keep projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Support the delivery of projects on time and within budget, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout project phases, from initiation to implementation.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Identify project risks and assist in developing mitigation plans.
• Contribute to the development of operational solutions based on high-level requirements.
• Work with subject matter experts to gather data for opportunity assessments.
• Assist in identifying potential cost savings opportunities.
• Participate in governance processes and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Support workshops and meetings to facilitate collaboration and project progress.

• 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in robotics or automation.
• Strong understanding of system design principles related to industrial robots.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Proficient in project scheduling and resource management.
• Familiarity with budget oversight and cost management.
• Proficiency in data analysis is a plus to drive informed decision-making and performance tracking.
• Resilience in navigating challenges and adapting to changing project demands.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and risk assessment skills.
