QA Inspector

Voor onze productielocatie in Goes (NL) zijn we op zoek naar een QA Inspector om ons team bij Bolton Adhesives te versterken.

Hoe jij het verschil maakt

Als QA Inspector ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het controleren en waarborgen van de kwaliteit van verpakkingsmaterialen en eindproducten. Je signaleert afwijkingen, onderneemt actie waar nodig en draagt actief bij aan het continu verbeteren van onze kwaliteitsprocessen. Met jouw nauwkeurigheid en kwaliteitsbewustzijn zorg je ervoor dat onze producten voldoen aan de hoogste standaarden.

Hoe je agenda eruitziet:

• Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren:
  Nemen van monsters volgens planning en voorschriften, monitoren van resultaten en tijdig signaleren van afwijkingen. Je registreert bevindingen zorgvuldig in systemen en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging.


• Afwijkingen analyseren en opvolgen:
  Adequaat reageren op afwijkende waarden en, waar nodig, maatregelen initiëren richting productie, leveranciers of interne stakeholders.


• Klachten onderzoeken:
  Uitvoeren van evaluaties naar aanleiding van interne en externe klachten, vaststellen van mogelijke oorzaken (o.a. via root cause analyse) en voorstellen doen voor vervolgonderzoek of verbeteringen.


• Procesverbetering stimuleren:
  Actief aandragen van verbetervoorstellen, ondersteunen bij kwaliteitsvraagstukken en bijdragen aan kennisoverdracht, bijvoorbeeld door het verzorgen van weegtrainingen voor operators.


• Stakeholdercontact:
  Fungeren als aanspreekpunt op het gebied van kwaliteit voor zowel interne afdelingen als externe partijen zoals leveranciers en certificerende instanties tijdens audits.

Met jouw analytisch vermogen en oog voor detail herken je risico’s vroegtijdig en draag je bij aan een stabiel en betrouwbaar productieproces.

Je team:

Je rapporteert aan de SHEQ Manager en werkt nauw samen met collega’s binnen Quality, Supply Chain, Productie en andere betrokken afdelingen. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat kwaliteit structureel wordt geborgd binnen de organisatie.

Wat maakt jou een goede match?

• Opleiding: MBO+ werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting (WTB of vergelijkbaar).


• Ervaring: Enkele jaren ervaring in een kwaliteits- of productieomgeving is een sterke pré.


• Competenties: Accuratesse, analytisch vermogen, kwaliteitsbewustzijn, probleemoplossend vermogen en een proactieve houding.


• Persoonlijkheid: Je werkt gestructureerd, communiceert helder en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk. Daarnaast ben je zelfstandig, maar zoek je actief de samenwerking op wanneer dat nodig is.

For our production site in Goes (NL), we are looking for a QA Inspector to strengthen our team at Bolton Adhesives.

How you make the difference

As a QA Inspector, you are responsible for monitoring and safeguarding the quality of packaging materials and finished products. You identify deviations, take action when necessary, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality processes. Through your accuracy and strong quality mindset, you ensure our products meet the highest standards.

How your agenda looks like:

• Performing quality inspections:
  Collecting samples according to planning and procedures, monitoring results, and identifying deviations in a timely manner. You carefully document findings in systems and ensure proper follow-up.


• Analysing and following up on deviations:
  Responding adequately to non-conforming results and initiating corrective actions with production, suppliers, or internal stakeholders where required.


• Investigating complaints:
  Conducting evaluations based on internal and external complaints, determining possible root causes (e.g., through root cause analysis), and proposing further investigations or improvements.


• Driving process improvements:
  Actively proposing improvement initiatives, supporting quality-related topics, and contributing to knowledge transfer — for example, by providing weighing training to Operators.


• Stakeholder engagement:
  Acting as a point of contact for quality-related matters for both internal departments and external parties such as suppliers and certification bodies during audits.

With your analytical skills and attention to detail, you recognize risks at an early stage and contribute to a stable and reliable production process.

Your team:

You report to the SHEQ Manager and work closely with colleagues across Quality, Supply Chain, Production, and other relevant departments. Together, you ensure that quality is structurally embedded within the organization.

What makes you a great fit?

• Education: MBO+ level (vocational college), preferably in a technical field (Mechanical Engineering or similar).


• Experience: Several years of experience in a quality or production environment is a strong advantage.


• Competencies: Accuracy, analytical skills, quality awareness, problem-solving ability, and a proactive mindset.


• Personality: You work in a structured manner, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your responsibilities. You are capable of working independently while actively collaborating when needed.
