Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description

• Perform quality checks on customer installation plans
  
• Collaborate with Technical Account Managers to provide feedback
  
• Guide new Technical Account Managers in installation plan compliance
  
• Implement new methods to improve processes, including AI applications
  
• Document and report issues found during installation plan checks
  
• Compile statistics and KPIs on general quality using Hubspot and Google Sheets
  
• Support the team in staying updated with the latest developments
  

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant technical field (preferred)
  
• Experience in quality control checks and compliance (highly preferred)
  
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence and its applications
  
• Excellent spatial awareness and ability to interpret technical plans
  
• Exceptional attention to detail
  
• Experience with HubSpot, Google Sheets, or similar platforms
  
• Proficiency in English, Dutch highly preferred
