Job Description - Quality control specialist

1. Overall responsibility for quality management of large-scale DC (including warehousing, transportation, and terminal installation), establishing and continuously optimizing a comprehensive quality control system.


2. Formulate and implement quality strategies and annual quality goals, clarifying service standards and quality KPIs for each link (such as cargo damage rate, customer satisfaction, on-time performance, and return rate).


3. Establish a cross-departmental quality coordination mechanism, coordinating warehousing, transportation, customer service, installation, and third-party service providers to ensure a closed-loop system of problem discovery, resolution, feedback, and improvement. Design and promote a "pre-emptive prevention - in-process monitoring - post-event review" quality management model to enhance risk prevention capabilities and process stability.


4. Lead the investigation and root cause analysis of quality incidents, develop feasible improvement plans, and promote their implementation and verification. Organize quality audits and internal training to enhance employee quality awareness and consistency with operational standards.


5. Analyze operational data and customer feedback, regularly produce quality analysis reports and optimization suggestions, and provide decision-making support to management; participate in the review of new projects and new warehouse launches, and control the implementation of quality standards in the early planning stage; promote the application of information systems and automation tools in quality management, and realize data-based, visual, and intelligent quality management.
