Restaurant Manager

Location: Dutch Caribbean

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a luxury resort operation in the Caribbean. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on hospitality professional with strong restaurant operations experience, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure consistently high service standards.

  Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team.

  Maintain excellent guest satisfaction and handle feedback professionally.

  Coordinate closely with culinary and F&B leadership.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage scheduling, staffing, inventory, costs, and operational efficiency.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company standards.

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  Previous Restaurant Manager or similar F&B leadership experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Luxury hotel or resort experience strongly preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong leadership, communication, and guest relations skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable working in an international island/resort environment.

  
  

Compensation & Benefits
