We're looking for a Salesforce Enablement & Commercial Excellence Analyst to serve as the regional Salesforce enablement lead and business-process partner for the Tropical Oils business across Europe. In this role, you'll work closely with commercial teams, Sales leaders, Business Technology, and global stakeholders to accelerate technology adoption, enhance commercial processes, strengthen data quality, and ensure Salesforce and other commercial tools drive more effective decision-making and commercial execution. 

This is a highly visible role where you'll combine CRM expertise, stakeholder management, training, and change management to support commercial excellence across the region.

What you'll be doing

• Drive Salesforce and adjacent commercial tools ((such as, tableau, pricing, RFP management) across Europe Tropical Oils.


• Act as the regional Salesforce champion and trusted advisor for commercial users and business leaders.


• Deliver onboarding, user training, communications, and enablement programs to increase adoption and proficiency.


• Develop and promote best practices for Salesforce usage, CRM discipline, and commercial processes.


• Serve as the primary point of contact for user guidance and first-line escalation support.


• Support change management initiatives and successful rollout of new Salesforce capabilities and commercial processes.


• Partner with European Commercial, R&D/Innovation, and BT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into practical, scalable solutions.


• Collaborate closely with the Global Tools Enablement Lead on Salesforce governance, roadmap discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.


• Partner with BBS (Bunge Shared Services team) to ensure effective management of user setup, permissions, account maintenance, and issue resolution.


• Support license governance by monitoring usage, identifying optimization opportunities, and ensuring compliance with global policies.


• Monitor adoption, user engagement, data quality, and key performance indicators to drive value realization.


• Promote a strong culture of data accuracy, process compliance, and accountability across commercial teams.

This role is based in Zaandam (greater Amsterdam region) and involves close collaboration with commercial teams through training, user support, and Salesforce adoption initiatives. To be successful, a strong on-site presence is important. 

Required Experience

• Proven experience working with Salesforce CRM in a commercial, sales operations, commercial excellence, or CRM enablement role.


• Experience supporting Salesforce adoption, training, user engagement, or change management initiatives.


• Experience working with commercial processes, sales operations, customer management, or commercial excellence programs.


• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to improve processes and drive adoption of digital tools.

You bring

• Salesforce knowledge and understanding of CRM best practices.


• Experience with Salesforce reporting, data quality, user adoption, and governance principles.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.


• Experience delivering training, workshops, onboarding sessions, or user support programs.


• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and practical solutions.


• A proactive mindset and the ability to influence without formal authority.


• Strong interest in digital transformation, commercial excellence, process improvement, and data-driven decision making.


• Fluent English communication skills.
