Job Description - Senior Frontend Engineer

J&T Recruitment has been exclusively retained by a fast -growing product company in Amsterdam seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer.

Salary

? €110,000 – €150,000 + bonus + equity

Responsibilities

Build React / TypeScript applications
Optimize web performance and accessibility
Collaborate with UX teams
Mentor junior engineers

Interview Process (3 Stages)

Recruiter Screening – 30 minutes
Initial call via J&T Recruitment discussing frontend development experience.
Frontend Technical Interview – 75 minutes
Coding challenge and discussion around React architecture and performance.
Final Team Interview – 60 minutes
Collaboration discussion with engineering and design teams.
