Build and maintain platform capabilities that improve developer experience, operational efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
Implement automation across platform infrastructure, deployments, and operational processes.
Work with Linux, networking, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, observability, and automation technologies.
Develop and maintain secure and resilient container platform services aligned with enterprise architecture and security standards.
Collaborate closely with engineering, infrastructure, security, architecture, risk, and operations teams to deliver reliable platform capabilities.
Support the continuous improvement, standardization, and operational excellence of Kubernetes and container platforms.
Troubleshoot complex platform, infrastructure, networking, container, and application deployment issues.
Contribute to the adoption of modern cloud-native technologies and practices within the platform engineering environment.
Ensure platform solutions comply with enterprise standards, security requirements, and regulatory expectations.
What You Bring to the Table:
10+ years of overall professional experience in software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or related technology roles.
Strong hands-on expertise in Golang.
Extensive experience with Kubernetes and container technologies.
Strong experience designing and operating Kubernetes-based platform services.
Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and distributed systems.
Hands-on experience with Linux administration, networking, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, observability, and automation.
Strong software engineering and platform operations experience.
Experience with enterprise container platforms such as OpenShift is advantageous.
Knowledge of service mesh technologies such as Istio or Linkerd is advantageous.
Experience with GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Flux is advantageous.
Familiarity with public cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
Kubernetes certifications such as CKA, CKAD, or CKS are advantageous.
Strong understanding of security, compliance, and operational requirements for enterprise cloud and container platforms.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
You should possess the ability to:
Design and develop scalable, secure, and resilient Kubernetes platform services using Golang.
Automate infrastructure, deployment, and operational processes across containerized environments.
Design and implement effective cloud-native platform architectures.
Troubleshoot complex Kubernetes, Linux, networking, infrastructure, and application platform issues.
Develop and maintain CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code solutions.
Implement observability and monitoring practices to improve platform reliability and operational visibility.
Apply security and compliance principles throughout platform development and operations.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear information for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate effectively with engineering, infrastructure, security, architecture, risk, and operations teams.
Influence technical decisions and drive alignment across multiple teams and departments.
Work independently while taking ownership of platform services and operational outcomes.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, automation, standardization, and innovation.
Operate effectively in a large-scale, highly regulated enterprise environment.
