FXE-EU: Healthcare Quality & Regulatory Compliance Specialist (ID)

Position Summary:

Provides information, technology, guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders regarding data, statistical and quantitative analysis.

  • Utilize current and emerging technologies in evaluating trends to business models ·
  • Develop insights and translate information into actionable initiatives to ensure business outcomes
  • ·Participate and lead in the conceptualization, planning, design, implementation and support of healthcare assurance processes, systems, and technology solutions
  • Evaluate and monitor healthcare processes and systems to identify areas for continuous improvement and transformation ensuring global excellence
  • ·Assess and support external eQMS systems required by regulations to ensure compliance with healthcare customers globally.
  • ·Support technical conversations with vendors for integration and utilization of external eQMS software.
  • ·Project management ·Data visualization, metrics management
  • Cloud operations
  • ·Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Education Bachelor’s degree/equivalent in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.

Minimum Experience Four (4) years’ experience in information technology support, engineering, or related environment Three (3) years project management experience

Project Management skills Time management and organizational skills necessary to manage projects, prioritize workload, plan for resources to meet deadlines and goals and respond to day-to-day functional needs Experienced with Microsoft Office software and web-based applications Strong verbal and written communication skills Agile Strong analytical skills Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with and influence all levels within the organization Ability to champion improvement through anticipation and identification of problems and development of effective and efficient solutions

Job Conditions Up to 20% Business travel required

Additional Details This position will require some travel for training, site support and certifications.
