Job Description - Senior ServiceNow Solution Consultant - Pre -Sales (ID: 3705)

As a Senior ServiceNow Solution Consultant, you will:
  • Partner with account executives to drive and close deals across the EMEA (Netherlands) region
  • Lead complex technical solutioning across the full ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Engage in discovery to qualify customer needs and shape tailored solutions
  • Own and deliver product demonstrations (standard + customized)
  • Design and execute Proof of Concept (PoC) / Proof of Value (PoV) engagements
  • Create proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), use cases, and functional documentation
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders
  • Support the full sales lifecycle from lead qualification to deal closure
  • Act as a subject matter expert in pre -sales and solution development
  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth transition post -sale
  • Stay updated on competitive positioning and market differentiators
  • Understand customer business challenges, regulatory requirements, and security considerations
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow, with strong exposure to pre -sales or solution consulting
  • Proven track record in supporting enterprise sales and closing deals
  • Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities
  • Experience in solution design, demo delivery, and customer engagement
  • Strong understanding of ITSM, workflow automation, and enterprise service management
  • Exposure to handling RFPs, proposals, and client -facing documentation
You should possess the ability to:
  • Translate complex business problems into scalable technical solutions
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non -technical stakeholders
  • Lead customer discussions, workshops, and discovery sessions
  • Build and deliver compelling product demonstrations
  • Handle multiple opportunities in a fast -paced sales environment
  • Think strategically while also executing tactically (player -coach mindset)
  • Influence decision -makers and drive solution adoption
