About the opportunity
You join our Global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) team and play a key role in turning data into actionable insights that support decision‑making across our global supply chain. In this role, you work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders, analyze complex datasets, and contribute to continuous improvements that shape how QIAGEN plans, forecasts, and delivers worldwide. You become part of a collaborative, international team that values analytical excellence, innovation, and operational impact.
This is an onsite role based in our Venlo office, with a 4-1 hybrid working mode (4 days in the office, 1 day at home).
Your tasks include
Analyzing, consolidating, and interpreting large datasets to support all S&OP cycle steps, including Product Review, Demand Review, Supply Review, Pre‑S&OP, and Executive S&OP.
Presenting insights, scenarios, and recommendations to internal stakeholders in a clear and actionable way.
Supporting global statistical demand forecasting and portfolio monitoring.
Enhancing cross‑functional alignment across supply chain, operations, and commercial teams.
Improving data quality, analytical tools (e.g., BW, Qlik, Analytic Stories), and reporting efficiency.
Contributing to continuous process improvements within the global S&OP framework.
Applying knowledge of portfolio‑themed statistical forecasting and BW data structures (preferred).
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, or a comparable field.
3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or S&OP analytics roles.
Strong analytical skillset and ability to interpret complex datasets.
Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Power Query or VBA is a plus.
Experience with S&OP processes and analytics in an international environment is preferred.
Familiarity with Qlik, BW, or similar analytical tools is an advantage.
English at a very good working level; German skills are a plus.
