Job Description - Senior Technical Lead (ID: 3033)

As a Senior Technical Lead, you will:
  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of Java/J2EE applications using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.
  • Provide technical guidance to developers and ensure adherence to best practices in coding, design, and application performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, identify and resolve technical issues, and ensure high system reliability and performance.
  • Mentor junior developers to support their technical growth and contribute to the overall strength of the team.
  • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in Java development, microservices, and cloud platforms.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development, with a strong background in system design and architecture.
  • Proven expertise in Spring Boot and RESTful API development.
  • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong database skills with SQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
  • A proactive attitude towards performance optimization, debugging, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with a track record of guiding teams and delivering complex solutions.
You should possess the ability to:
  • Architect and build modern, scalable, and high-performance applications.
  • Lead end-to-end solution delivery, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues with minimal supervision.
  • Balance project deadlines with code quality and performance requirements.
  • Guide team members and contribute to a collaborative and high-performing environment.
