Job Description - Senior TIBCO BPM & Integration Developer (ID:3816)

As a Senior TIBCO BPM & Integration Developer, you will:
  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise -grade integration and business process solutions using TIBCO technologies.
  • Develop and support applications using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW), TIBCO AMX BPM 4.x, and TIBCO BPM Enterprise (BPME 5.x).
  • Build and enhance integrations involving RESTful web services, JSON, XML, Java, JavaScript, and SQL -based systems.
  • Monitor application performance, system health, and operational alerts through Azure Analytics and related monitoring tools.
  • Collaborate with cross -functional teams in Agile Scrum environments to deliver high -quality business solutions.
  • Participate in CI/CD and DevOps initiatives to improve deployment efficiency, reliability, and automation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability and performance.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to development standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
  • Support the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment and post -production support.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 8–10 years of overall IT experience with a strong focus on enterprise integration and business process management solutions.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands -on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW), TIBCO AMX BPM 4.x, and TIBCO BPM Enterprise (BPME 5.x).
  • Strong experience in Azure Analytics, including monitoring, alerting, and operational support.
  • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, SQL/MySQL, REST Web Services, JSON, XML, and UML.
  • Experience working in Agile Scrum teams and DevOps -driven environments, with a solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices.
  • Relevant certifications including Azure Fundamentals, TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO BPM Enterprise (BPME 5.x), and TIBCO Cloud Integration.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem -solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • A proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability, coupled with a passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and learning new technologies.
You Should Possess the Ability to:
  • Design scalable and maintainable integration and BPM solutions.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical implementations.
  • Develop, test, deploy, and support complex TIBCO -based applications.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address operational issues.
  • Work independently while taking ownership of deliverables and outcomes.
  • Collaborate effectively with distributed teams and business stakeholders.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and evolving technologies.
  • Drive continuous improvement through innovation, automation, and best practices.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to technical knowledge sharing when required.
