Job Description - ServiceNow Developer (ID: 3978)

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will:

Design, develop, and implement workflows and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
Configure and enhance ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on IRM and TPRM modules.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and deliver business requirements.
Support implementations using source control and CI/CD pipelines.
Develop and maintain scripts to automate workflows and improve platform functionality.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, clean architecture principles, and best development practices.
Manage technical debt and contribute to the continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and agile development activities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable ServiceNow solutions.

What You Bring to the Table:

2+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly IRM and TPRM modules.
Strong scripting skills for workflow development and platform customization.
Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and ServiceNow integrations.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Familiarity with source control, CI/CD pipelines, coding standards, and clean architecture.
Understanding of IT Operations Management (ITOM) is an advantage.
Experience using AI-assisted coding tools is a plus.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in multicultural and cross-functional environments is desirable.

You should possess the ability to:

Design and implement scalable ServiceNow workflows and integrations.
Develop custom scripts and automate business processes within ServiceNow.
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Apply Agile methodologies and development best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Utilize source control and CI/CD pipelines to support efficient software delivery.
Maintain high-quality, secure, and maintainable code.
Identify technical improvements and effectively manage technical debt.
Work collaboratively within cross-functional and multicultural teams.
