Your role in our shared journey

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by supporting the delivery and coordination of brand media campaigns across paid digital channels. In this graduate role, you'll gain hands-on experience in campaign setup, quality assurance, and performance tracking whilst collaborating with media agencies and internal teams to ensure our marketing initiatives are executed flawlessly across Europe.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.  

This is a fixed-term position for 6 months, with the possibility of extension for an additional 6 months based on performance. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop new skills in a supportive environment. 

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Support the delivery and coordination of ASICS media campaigns across paid digital channels.


• Assist with campaign activation, tagging requests, trafficking timelines and launch readiness processes.


• Review advertisement previews and campaign assets before launch to ensure accuracy, brand consistency and platform compliance.


• Support the regional amplification of relevant organic social media content through paid boosting.


• Advise category teams on creative specifications, platform best practices and campaign setup requirements.


• Compile quarterly competitor media investment reports across European markets, identifying key trends, insights and opportunities to share with the marketing department. 


• Support budget and administrative processes, including tracking media-related expenditure. 


• Collaborate with media agencies, creative partners, platform partners and internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.

You have the following skills:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media or related field.


• Strong interest in media, advertising and digital marketing


• Good understanding of the marketing funnel, social media platforms and digital advertising.


• Experience with Meta Ads Manager, YouTube campaign setup, Google Ads or similar platforms is an advantage.


• Strong organisational and project coordination skills


• Comfortable working with data and creating reports to identify trends, insights and opportunities.


• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality control.


• Digital marketing and paid media platform knowledge, particularly Meta and YouTube.
