Job Description - Software Trainee Program

Are you ready to kickstart your career in the world of robotics and software engineering? We are excited to offer a unique Software Trainee Program designed to give recent graduates and final-year students an unparalleled experience across multiple departments. Through this rotational program, you will gain hands-on experience in Field Application Engineering (FAE), After-sales Support, and Software Development. After the 6-month program, you will have the opportunity to be placed in a full-time role based on your strengths.

As part of the program, you will have the chance to:

Field Application Engineering (FAE) Rotation:
- Assist with the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of cutting-edge robotics equipment such as wheeled robots, charging stations, and safety systems.
- Provide technical support and training to customers and service partners, ensuring smooth equipment operation and customer satisfaction.
- Work on-site at customer locations, gaining real-world experience in hands-on problem solving.
After-Sales Support Rotation:
- Respond quickly to customer inquiries and field service requests, ensuring the uptime and efficiency of our robotics solutions.
- Take ownership of customer issues, from troubleshooting and resolving technical problems to escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
- Contribute to partner management and on-site service delivery, playing a critical role in customer satisfaction and long-term solution success.
Software Development Rotation:
- Collaborate on software design and configuration, gaining experience in Java, C#, or C++ programming.
- Develop and refine software solutions, while learning about Linux, MySQL, and Test-Driven Development or Agile methodologies.
- Work closely with customers to test solutions, anticipate risks, and provide innovative fixes to ensure project success.

After completing the program, you will have the opportunity to join our team on a full-time basis

We are searching for highly motivated individuals who are eager to develop their technical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Ideal candidates will:

Be based in the Netherlands and are currently studying or have recently graduated
A minimum bachelor's degree (or near completion) in Computer Science or a related field (such as Electrical Engineering).
Familiarity with Linux and MySQL.
Some programming experience in Java, C#, or C++.
An interest in robotics, software development, and technical customer support.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in both Chinese and English is a must. Candidates without professional-level fluency in Chinese will not be considered.
