Talent Acquisition Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the TA team through coaching, support, and best-practice guidance.


• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for hard-to-fill and critical roles with a focus on quality and efficiency.


• Initiate and contribute to employer branding initiatives across social media, career sites, and recruitment campaigns.


• Partner with senior leaders to forecast hiring needs and build proactive recruitment strategies.


• Use data and analytics to evaluate recruitment performance and drive continuous improvement.


• Maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, providing insights and influencing hiring decisions.


• Leverage external recruitment tools and ensure positive ROI across sourcing channels.


• Support TA leadership in refining processes, tools, and resources to enhance efficiency and hiring quality.


• Utilize recruitment tools and social platforms and help organize career fairs when needed.


• Perform other duties as required by business needs

Qualifications:

You’re a confident and solutions-oriented TA professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, mentoring others, and finding creative ways to attract great talent. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, stay proactive when challenges arise, and know how to balance strategy with hands-on execution.

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in an international environment (Center of excellence).
• Proven experience in identifying process improvement opportunities and exploring effective solutions.
• Proven leading or mentoring experience.
• Professional level of English
• Experience partnering with senior leadership in a consultative capacity.
