Trainers/Instructors for Safety and Event Management Courses – Amsterdam

We are looking for professional and experienced trainers/instructors to deliver high-quality Safety and Event Management training programs in Amsterdam. This role requires expertise in crowd dynamics, event safety, risk management, and related fields, combined with the ability to provide engaging and practical training sessions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver tailored training programs in Safety and Event Management, including topics such as Crowd Management, Risk Assessment, and Event Safety Protocols.
  


• Develop course materials, presentations, and practical exercises aligned with industry standards.
  


• Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure trainees' understanding and progress.
  


• Provide mentorship and guidance to trainees to enhance their skills and knowledge in event and safety management.
  


• Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations during training sessions.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a trainer/instructor in Safety, Event Management, or related fields.
   


2. Relevant certifications or qualifications in Crowd Management, Event Safety, Risk Assessment, or similar areas.
   


3. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
   


4. Ability to create engaging and interactive training sessions.
   


5. Familiarity with international standards and best practices in safety and event management.
   


6. Based in Amsterdam for the duration of the training.
   


7. Multilingual skills (Dutch, English, or other languages) are a plus.
