At COTY we are looking for ambitious interns with a hands-on mentality. 

As an E-Commerce Retail Media intern you will be a member of the Coty EU E-Commerce team. 

This internship is based in the Coty head office in Amsterdam (Zuidas).

Consumer Beauty is focused on make-up, nailcare and mass market perfumes, with distribution in the drug channel and online. The iconic brand portfolio includes brands like Rimmel London, Bourjois, Max Factor, Sally Hansen, adidas, Bruno Banani and others!

The Internship

The E-commerce Retail Media team is at the heart of the many different markets and departments within Coty. You will be involved in cross-functional activities and projects and are responsible for contributing to the brand’s equities and customer experience online.

Some of the projects within your scope include, but are not limited to:

Supporting new product launches across multiple markets

You will be part of the E-commerce Retail Media team and will have the opportunity to get a vast knowledge of the beauty industry, as well as explore and deep dive into the digital world.

Period and allowance

This internship is full-time (40 hours per week), for a duration of 6 months running from September 2026 up to February 2026. You will receive an internship allowance (500 EUR).

  You are expected to work 2-3 days per week in our office and the other 2-3 days from home. Our office is easily accessible by public transport (NS station Amsterdam Zuid is a 5 minutes walk).
