The role  
Social & Influencer Intern supporting the ICMD team in building a social- and culture-first approach across global ice cream brands, with a strong focus on influencer strategy, social media accounts, content creation and AI-driven innovation.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Supporting the development and execution of the Other Say (influencer) strategy, helping drive toward a 50% influencer market share ambition
• Assisting in influencer data analysis & reporting using influencer management platform CreatorIQ, including building dashboards across 15+ markets
• Contributing to large-scale global activations, including creator coordination, content tracking, and performance analysis
• Collaborating on the Creator Bench, helping manage and curate content with global creators across brands like Magnum, Cornetto, and Heartbrand
• Supporting social account strategy and management, including content planning, calendars, and agency collaboration
• Working within the Content Studio, helping manage and optimize always-on content production
• Assisting in social and content strategy development, including launching best-in-class, culturally relevant social channels
• Supporting the set-up of social listening tools across the company, ensuring all relevant teams know exactly how to use them
• Managing internal communications and knowledge hubs (SharePoint, newsletters, community clinics), and showcasing best practices from local markets
